hay guys anyone ever try a air/liquid intercoolers versus air/air intercoolers? I was thinking of converting my IC to one running the water though the radiator then in to a reservoir then though the air/liquid intercooler. I would relocate the battery to the trunk to make room for the air/liquid intercooler and reservoir.
Thanks

I would highly advise not using a liquid to air if it is a daily driver David. Liquid to air are effeicient but only as efficient as the radiator cooling the water. Plus they are not very efficient in stop and go traffic. The main people who use water to air is drag racers who pack them wiht ice on teh track and get efficiencys of 130% sometimes.

chdesign,
Thanks that what I was thinking too. Just wanted to confirm what you guys think.

Question,
Anybody know where I can get a electric 12V DC puller fan that measures smaller than 7" in diameter with some good CFMs? I was thinking about get a Flex-o-lite trans oil cooler with a fan and using the fan on the IC and the oil cooler as a oil cooler.
