That looks awesome...I have never seen Lunix before. Is that some special download you got to make it do all those things or is that how all versions of that OS work?

Linux is operating system just like windows and os x but is open source which means its free and can modified by anyone. There are many Linux distrubutions out there, the one im using Ubuntu Linux, and i downloaded XGL desktop, beryl and kiba-dock which allows me to do those craaaazy things in the video.

Gotcha...so if you wanted to get a copy...could you download it on your computer or do you have to get it from best buy?

you can go to their site http://www.ubuntu.com/ and download it for free than burn it it as an iso image. Then you can restart the comp and basicly try it out by ruiing it from the cd drive, if you like it you can install it or if you don't you can just log out and eject the cd

Sorry for all the questions..im a noob when it comes to computers...is there anyway to have both installed and when you startup your computer be prompted to choose which system to run?

he wants to know if you have the option...at start up, to choose which OS you want to use...

damn thats cool...i would do this but i am prob the worst when it comes to OS.

would i loose any info that i have now or does it pretty much just display everything differently?

It's very cool looking. Very sci-fi. But does it really do anything for productivity? Or is it just for show? I don't really see it as being more efficient than just using tabs but I could be wrong.

So does it make computing any easier or is it just a cool party trick?
