heh dude if you need a place to stay i am moving this monday to dallas. i will not have any furniture until 2 weeks from now. so i will have plenty of space. she needs some counseling dude.

I had thought you guys were long over...but I guess I didn't get the update...I totally believe in the "when one door closes another door opens" idea...except you have to totally close the 1st door and WALK AWAY...hope to see things work out for ya mang...

In my opinion:
Well the other night, I had to sleep somewhere, and then work. I go home last night after work, and sleep. I just try to stay out of her way. She's walking around grouchy, and asking me why don't I just move out. I just stay quiet, and go about cleaning up stuff, and staying out of her way. We go out to Golden Coral to eat, and she is accually talking to me calm like a human being! On the way home we are driving thur the parking lot for our apartments, and there is this hot lady outside with her kids, and a dog on the right side of the street. The dog almost jumps into the street, but the woman has a leash on the dog. I was telling Sapril to look out, and she purposly swerves over towards the dog! :wtf: She then says, "I'd be happy for that dog to be under my tire." (headshake After we get home, she starts checking the internet history to see if I have been using the net on her computer. I haven't. So then she checks these forums to see what I have been posting. Then she sees the advice you guys gave me, and goes ape-s***! She tells me to stop putting her business out on the net. I'm like, this s*** happened to me, so it's my business. At this point, I can see what is fixing to happen, so I start to leave. She calls me and again is threatening to throw my s*** out on the street. I go back and plead with her not to. She finally goes to go study. I'm on the way to the park to take my daughter to the playground, and Sapril calls me and tells me that all my friends had better watch out, and that I better come get my clothes, or she is gonna cut nipple holes in them like she did last time. I circled back, and got my stuff out of the apartment! Friends of mine,be on the look out.

I honestly wouldn't mind. Just what would I do for a job? LOL! Never gonna find a job paying me what I get paid for what I do...now since our s*** gets outsourced to India. Sounds like it's probably too late for this, but have you ever thought about counseling? For some reason, most people shy away from this. Like it's beneath them or something. One thing's for sure, it usually helps a lot! Granted, both parties have to be open-minded enought and have a desire to go. (I'm guessin you'd be willing to give it a shot) Your gf on the other hand... LOL might take a bit of persuading! Bottom line: Sometimes having an intermediary figure helps cooler heads prevail. I'm guessin you, like most of us, get into a lot of screaming matches with your gil. (bouts I'm sure you regret afterwards) Having a 3rd party would definitely decrease the chances of these types of things from starting. Based on what I've read, there's a good chance that this girl actually does love you and would like to work things out. How can I say this? Easy! Like a lot of women (and a hell of a lot more guys) she's sabatoging this relationship. The reasons for this are complicated, but the most popular usually has something to do with abuse. Maybe you're TOO good! Maybe she's never been this close to anyone before and it's scaring her. I can't speculate... but a professional will get to the bottom of things. We tried counseling for a few months. It seemed to be barely working, but unless you change the way you think, it is no good. After we got home, I made improvements, but she would just brush off what we had just discussed in counseling. I know that changes don't happen overnight, but she expected it to happen like that! Last night Sapril finishes the studying that she had been doing all day, and come home. I am waiting there with my daughter. She comes in , and still has no clue that I moved out. When she finds out that I moved out, she starts getting upset. Why? After all she wanted me to move out, threatened me if I didn't! We talk back and forth for about 5 minutes about how she needs to get help for anger management, and then I leave. All night she blows up my phone. This morning before 5 AM, I get a few calls from Sapril (she never just calls one time), asking me to pick up our daughter so she can go workout. I agree, and wake up and go over there. I get to the door, and and knock. She comes out, and I'm like where is our daughter. She points to our daughter's bedroom. There is some trash sitting ouside her door, and she starts to take it downstairs to pickup this morning. Something tells me to stay there and watch her. My car is parked in the firelane. She has the nerve to ask if that was my car. She knew that was my ******* car!!! When she asks me if she should kick my car for anger management. I'm like, no that would not be a good idea. I move for the stairs to go down them, because I knew what was next. She starts kicking the side of my car, and then the hood. The alarm goes off like crazy!` I run down, and she backs away. I tell here to stay the **** away from my car. She then goes over to the garbage, and picks up one of my old street glow neon tubes, ans starts hammering my car with it! :wtf: I had no choice but to get in my car, and ******* peel out. I should have pictures later, but I filed a police report IMMEDIATELY! I have a big-ass dent in the passenger-side door, and one on the hood. I also have some other marks on the doors as well from multiple kicks from her! Again, my point is proven why I moved out yesterday. She doesn't EVER have to wonder if we will be together again.

Hey man, my brother will be in town late next week (Thurs & Fri). If you are not staying with me by then you should at least stop by and talk to him. Although he does not specialize in this type of law, he may be able to provide you with some feedback/consultation free of charge.
