Some gorilla glue should work fine. Lulz.

Nah, I'll use backing plates for sure. I'm going to check out my friends roll bar next time I see his protege as reference. I'll install it right, no worries.

I figured that's what you were getting at. Haha. Nah, I'm going to do it right, no worries. :)

Negative. But I just googled it and Micheal Cera is playing a Ric 4003 on the cover. I'll rent it tonight!

Why do you ask though?

Epic Movie. Based off of a 6 book graphic novel. Great read and a great movie. Maybe my favorite. A love story involving music, video games, fighting, and comics. It's perfect. Next to FLCL, it's the only other thing I've seen using a Rickenbacker bass

The movie just seemed right up your alley

Flcl?

But thanks for the heads up, man. I'll certainly check it out. :)

Her bass has a pull start motor with a fan in the back. The anime is weird

Ohhhh, yeah. I don't really watch anime or read comics. I'm 34. I are old. Lulz.

I'm not sure if I want to install the bar now for chassis support and because it's cool or just wait until I get proper seats in a year or two for the 5 points. I might just get some 4 points for auto-x though.

I dunno... I probably wouldn't waste the money by buying 4 points, just to turn around and go 5 later on (unless of course you get the ones that youc an add the 5th belt later on like my sets). Sounds like it's just throwing money away at something you know is going to get switched out.

But I'll go back and play in my own thread now.

Yeah, the main focus right now is the KL swap and auto-x seat time. Belts will be later in the fall.

This. It's not like you're going to be saving much money anyway. G-Force SFI-certified 5-point harnesses are only $150. Besides, if you ever want to do HPDE you will need a 5+ point harness. There are a couple approved 4-point harnesses (Schroth ASM) but they're more expensive the the G-Force I mentioned above.

Word. I forgot I can just go with a cam lock 5 point and run them as 4 points until I get proper seats. Then I'll run them as 5 point with the racing seats I get for HPDE events for next year. :)

I just picked up an Autopower 4 point roll bar. You may have missed that post, mate...

This one.
