One more time for this s*** alarm and I could lemon my car. Not to mention that for my 2nd alarm replacement, I was out of my car for 38 days.

they still get at LEAST one more try, AND the fact that your alarm has nothing to do with safety or driving conditions would prolly eliminate your eligibility.

Based on my experience, in Florida, he could do it. Again, my problem had nothing to do with driving or safety. It was a water leak in the extended cab area, behind the jump seats. It was not supposed to leak there, they couldn't fix it, so it qualified. It was a long-term rust issue is how it ended up.

ill buy that. ive read a few of those websites and they all stress driveability issues, so i suppose it could be the case, but if the dealer or regional manager wanted to please the customer they could extend the courtesy?
