there isant an actual LAW that says if ur car brakes enough they have to give u a new one is there ? and if there is does it apply in canada ? and if it DOES apply in canada . where can i find info on the stipulations ?

I knoe thiers one that says if the same problem is fixed 3 times or more. That they will buy it back. I'm not 100% sure on that btw.

In the U.S. it is a state by state law IIRC, so you might want to start with the DMV for the province you live in....if you even have a DMV in Canada.

Department of motor vehicles or like in Michigan the Secretary of State.
