Lease Takeover

@N7turbo I don't believe MFS allows lease transfers, assuming you are leasing thru Mazda.

Two options here:
1. Buy your lease out, sell it private
2. Sell your lease to a dealer/third party that works with Mazda FS.

We can help if you want to DM me your VIN, if its a CX-50 or CX-5 you might have a chance of the equity position being half decent. If its a 70/90 then unfortunately you are likely very underwater. I have direct access to pull lease payoffs by VIN as well and can confirm that number for you.

Yes, Mazda Financial Services.

So they don't allow someone to takeover a lease? That's strange.

Option 2 would be it then.

MX-5. Does that change things?

We don't see them on lease often, the last one I looked at was not very equitable to be honest. The RF GTs (assuming off your profile) don't hold as well on residual as say a Club. But it's very easy for me to look and give you some ideas on what your equity position looks like. Happy to help out.

P.S. Swapalease is a great resource for lender info on lease swaps, some banks just don't allow it unfortunately. Land Rover and Mercedes, for example.
