lol - yeah that was me & my fiance's night out (she has a 4yr old daughter)!

don't know if i'll be out... my car is still giving me a lot of trouble and right now i'm pretty much driving it to and from work and that's it. I don't even have my wheels on right now because i'm saving to put it into the shop. Hub bearing problems, both front hubs. Pain in my ass.

yup yup - it's been a whirlwind, but nothing in my life has ever felt so 'right'. I'm living w/ her & her daughter in a 3BR off Metcalf & 143rd. We're getting our finances aligned now, getting my busted ride fixed in a couple weeks... then things will start to be smooth sailing again.

yeah, she understands that's part of who i am and that i've been doing that kind of thing for most of my life. She'll help me to make sure that I don't handle my cash as carelessly as I used to and be more responsible... basically she'll teach me better patience! But she likes the hobby/lifestyle and is going to help me to get back on top of it the way i used to be.

ha ha - it IS a 'family' car after all!
The goal is to have it back to 'clean' by mid-April, then i can start being proud of it again.

haha word. so far my girlfriend says that i shouldnt waste my money on something when i'll probably get a new one some day soon. but u know, shes the one who has to work all next year to help with rent, i've got all my money... so who handles money well now? =)

So my NCO just called and said that its not fair for me to work all weekend, when everyone else has a 4 day weekend so that means I will be able to make it out afterall. As much as I love the army it is usually for of B/S, but there is that 2% of the time it makes up for itself.

If I am gonna pickup that hood do you think it will fit in my back seat or will I have to take off my hood? Freekwonder gimme a call today and we can figure out what time to meet and get some directions.

To be honest. I don't think it will fit in the back seat. What might be best, is if you just want to check it out this time and make sure you want it (since its not exactly in perfect shape) then I can hold on to it until next time you come up or I can steal my friends truck and bring it to you, then I would recommend driving up with no hood then we can install it at my place. It's been two years since I removed it from my car so I can't remember if we had to do any fiting to get it to fit correctly. but I'll shot you my address in a PM, just let me know what time you want to come by and we can go from there. Is that cool?

And yes I'll see if I can make it, I plan to, but I was sick early this week (not sick anymore, I'm safe and so is my house ) but I'm still a little weak but My son and I should be there.
