Im hitting hte bump stops on some bumps. the bump stop is inside the bottom of the strut, or is it on the outside. is hitting hte bump stops shortening the life of them? I really wanted to adjust from the bottom, but they seemed to be seized down there. what can i do? think i need more than a wrench to get enough force.
the black spanner on the bottom of the front struts, do these twist too or what?
