I still have a lot of trouble understanding why anyone would pay an extra $140 for a name plate. I mean s***, the design between the Injen and the Ebay CAI is almost exactly identical. As far as the typhoon converting to an SRI, that's pretty cool, but worth $150? Hell no! Same with "fitment" (my ebay one fit perfectly and it was installed in 10 minutes) The expensive ones might fit a few milimeters better, but I dont think that it's worth the extre money in any way, shape, or form.

the tyhoon also included this water repealent cover, which is very usefull during rainstorm.............however, the injen doesnot have one from my point of view. So K&N is best.

RELIABLE?! Are you off your nut dude? It's a ******* metal pipe with a filter on the end. What's gonna break? The walls are the same thckness as an Injen, the filter is s***, but you upgrade it obviously. I mean, how is a stick and a filter judged for reliability? I honestly dont understand.

By the way, if you're implying that you love your car more than me, you car kiss my hairy butt. I just don't waste money on it when I can get the EXACT same thing minus a name plate for over $100 less.

Why is everyone so worried about what everyone is spending on their parts? If you want to spend $35 for an intake or $300 on one, that should be of no one's concern except for the person buying it.
