Just test drove one :)

I had a great experience when I went to buy my Mazda...I wandered around the show room for a minute or two and started checking out the black P5 they had there. After I made a pass around it, checking out the interior and everything the general manager came up to me and started chatting with me. Then he motioned to one of the sales reps that was on his way down stairs to help me.

He wasn't pushy or anything. his first question was "what do you want to accomplish today?" and I told him, I came to look at the Protege5 and I wanted to drive one, but I won't be buying anything today. He did ask towards the end of the test drive what it would take to make a deal today, and I told him again I'm not buying anything today and he backed off, only asking when I planned to buy.

Since my purchase I have spoken with him several times over the phone. The dealership has to fix a dent that I found in the car before I took it off the lot so he made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know what's going on...and every time I talk to him he asks me how I like the car and how I'm doing with the standard (I didn't know how to drive it until he taught me the day I went to pick it up). Another thing dealerships probably don't do.

I got treated like a king at my infinti dealership :p

the most friendly dealership we have in my city has gotta be that Sunshine Acura. They're CRAZY friendly...maybe a lil too friendly.

Thats funny, the best dealer I have delt with is Sunnyside Acura.

I think by far the best dealership i have been treated at was a Honda Dealership when i was lookin at the 03 SI. Great people!!! But i have to say the Mazda dealership did a better job!!

The worst dealership was a Autoway(jerks), i did a trans drop in their SI and then the salesman didnt believe me about a price i got. Maybe its because i look so young..but hey the people that buy alot of cars are 16-25 age group. Treat them nice and they will bring their friends..treat them like crap they will never come back!(mspb)
