2011 Mazda Mazdaspeed3
Hello all!

I just arrived back at my office from the dealer with my new Sunlight Silver MS3! It only had 6 miles on it, which I am very happy about, because it means no nuts like me test driving and beating the crap out of it! It has all of about 28 miles on it now.

I still don't understand why buying a car has to be such a pain in the @ss. It was a cash deal, and I still had to fill out tons of paper work, fill out a credit app, and wait around for a total of about 5 hours! 3 last night and 2 this morning. I did get a really good deal on it though, at least I think I did, about $300 over invoice.

Anyway...Cheers,

Enrique

looks like we're gonna have someones car to drool over here pretty quick. who pays cash for a car? you know... i could use a boost gauge too. haha, congrats man! everyone knows sunlight silver comes with 30 more whp than any other color. cosmic blue is the second fastest of course!

Dont get me started on how I took 1 of each color to the Dyno and the Black Mica bet them all by 50Hp...I would never lie about something like this.......Hand to God...............

haha. honestly, i love all of the colors. the only color i would add is a white color. i didn't get the black because i get pissed when i see scratches and stuff... i didn't get red because the one at the dealer had a couple scuff marks and its a little too bright for me... i didn't get cosmic blue because the dealer didn't have it. the one i went to had silver and red. silver was the most logical choice for me. now that my car got egged, i'm kind of glad i got silver... then again, its really hard to match touch up paint to silver... All Mazdaspeed3 colors FTW!

awesome...congrats...i think silver is one of the best colors for a car. they didn't have one at the dealership when i bought mine. but silver done well looks PROPER

Good choice. I went with silver also. Although I had a really hard time choosing. The dealership had all 4 colors available. Silver always looks good. Red also looks good on this car, and is sort of the default color - in all the ads. Cosmic blue is interesting cause it can seem to look very different depending on the lighting and surroundings. Black looks so nice when the car is really clean. I ultimately decided I didn't want the flashiness/attention of the red, too hot and too lazy for black in So Cal, and just couldn't completely make up my mind on the blue. I love all MS3s, no matter the color of their "skin".

well said... black is very hard to care for if you're the kind of person that is into that. red is pretty bright, but obviously looks awesome. cosmic blue is just a cool color, and silver is just easiest and i think looks really good with all the black trim on the car. i'm a bit dissapointed that i didn't ultimately get black because i'm the kind of person that likes to wash my car and wax it and what not. however, its a lot easier to find yourself dissapointed with scratches and nicks with a black car than a silver one. silver will never have the depth or shine of a nicely waxed black car though :(. sometimes the best color isn't actually whats best. honestly, i would have been more than happy with any color... if the dealer only had 1 color, i still would've gotten it. the first dealer i went to screwed me over twice after driving there (Galpin Mazda in Valencia). Don't give them your business! the second one was pissed at me because of Galpin Mazda's finance manager pretending to be my uncle, trying to get a price on the car. He was trying to prove to me that their price wasn't possible. all in all, i went to the other dealer and they only had a black one. when i got there, there were finger and hand prints all over the entire car. it was gross. there were scratches and such too. finally i went to Star Mazda in Glendale, Ca and they had a Red one and a Silver. The red had a couple additional parts... rear scuff plate, tint, autodim mirror, and the silver didn't have anything. anyways... i got the silver obviously. sorry for the long ass story, haha.
