I just installed my boost gauge and then my MBC over the weekend. The install was pretty easy. The toughest part was finding the right t-fitting for the boost gauge. Before installing the boost controller I was reading a constant high of 7 PSI which was really surprising as I was expecting s*** to go wrong. After installing the MBC it took me 3 runs up and down the street (plus 1 for good measure) to get it to peak at 10 PSI. The gauge peaks and holds at 10 and it pulls a lot harder. I can't wait to drive to work tomorrow. :D

I also now have a semi-permanent wife beater on after being outside for just an hour today working on my car.

i think the hardest part was fitting the gauge tubing through the firewall. that can only be described in one word- a b****!

just drill a hole.. I drilled mine right next to where the ecu wires go though the fire wall

I tapped into the light green / black wire (positive brake light power) on the harness on the left side of the kick panel and loosened one of the screws connecting the steering wheel to the steering column to ground the gauge on the steering column.

To get the tube through the grommet i used a straightened wire hanger. I poked a hole through from under the hood. Then I pulled the hangar back out and fed it almost all the way inside the tubing till about 1/4" was sticking out. This gives the tubing the rigitidy to pass through the hole easily. From that point I just pushed both through the hole and that was it.
