Just installed AP, not sure how I feel.

I recently got a Cobb SRI which I love. Car has been running awesome lately. Everything on my DH is reading out great: AFR looks good, 0 Knock, LTFT <(6). Picked up my Accessport at the UPS store yesterday and threw on the Stage 1+SRI+93 map. My car has a CS Catback, Cobb SRI, and ETS TMIC. Not only did I not feel too much of a difference in power (I know... "get a DP" etc), my LTFTs jumped to around +10 at idle, and +14 when on the throttle. This confused me because I figured that using a map that Cobb created for their own product would only make my trims, at the very least, a little better. I know its an OTS map/every car is different and I need to do some tuning myself, just didn't know it was gonna throw me some weird numbers like that right away. Once I get some time and a PC to download AccessTuner I will try to get everything in order. As for now I uninstalled until a later date, and will be back with questions for you pros.

BTW lets make this forum less of a graveyard, 1 update a day?!

Ots maps are made at cobbs local, and if your temps are different, altitude is different your fuel trims will be off. This is a simple calibration that just takes time.

Hmm i did the same map Stage 1+ and i myself also have a Cobb SRI and CS catback, I also have a Cobb TIH. I don't think it would make that much of a difference but my car runs like a scalded dog and all my #'s look great.

Very very odd thing happened to me though right after i did my flash and followed the AP instructions. Then i plugged in my dashhawk and i was getting crazy Fuel PSI #'s so i quickly shut off the car plugged up the AP and checked and the psi was perfect like it normally had been. So i reset everything on my dashhawk and everything has been going great since then.

I am still doing logs so i can install the CS DP and test pipe( i think i am going to have a high flow cat welded in there though. i think it is a good idea to add the KDM internals before we add the Downpipe. I just play stuff rather safe then sorry.
