Just bought a 2011 Mazda2...Advice, recommendations etc?

Hello, I'm new to this forum, new to Mazda (loyal to Toyota), and just bought a 2011 Mazda2 with 61k miles for my daughter new to driving.

I've driven it around 50 miles so far and it seems solid, just a bit more road noise than I'm used to. The steering feels a bit loose although within expectations for a 13 year old car, but wondering if that's typical or not?

Generally I want to ask if there's anything in particular to watch for or check given the age and miles?

Any recommendations for upgrades/mods (I've already ordered a new head unit)?

First things I did was upgrade the head unit, although need to wire up the reversing camera... also bought some back speakers. But can't find the connectors, as I bought some adapters, but maybe they're hiding in the door post connections.

Alternator is one thing that needs replacing on mine, but other than that pretty good I do notice the bonnet/hood the paint has issues on most mazda 2/demios so looking at fixing that.
