JDM Rear Cup Holder

Does anyone know how the JDM rear cup holder is installed? (It looks like double stick tape to me)

double sided tape and you have to drill two almost half inch holes.

Ridiculous Shipping

I emailed someone at mazda-accessories.com about a quote for a rear cup holder. The cup holder itself was 56.75 and the shipping was 156.75!!!!
