JDM HVAC Panel?

Spotted this on eBay just now:

...and the first thought that comes to mind is, "Oh please tell me this would work, bolt-in, in an American P5?" Just looking at it, I kinda doubt it, but how neat would that be?

If you look at the p5 in the pictures its the same one we already have unless they pulled it out of another car...

That is not the right pic, and even if it was, the JDM controls would not work on USDM cars, since they have actuators to control airflow and temps unlike ours that are with cables.
