JaLMP5 Build/Progress Thread

It does suck because right now it's sitting on jackstands in the garage, with a pile of parts next to it just begging to be installed.

could be worst, could be sitting on jackstands with no parts or plans in sight and just collecting dust.

Some reference Shots of the settings..

These will not work for everyone, The Systems in MP5T are mostly not stock...

nice build
Thanks man. Can't wait to get it running.

Brian, thanks for the info. I knew that there were alot more functions available for the PS1000 but I didn't know the difference was that drastic compared to the 500. I'm picking up a spare FS-ZE block on Tuesday with some cam gears in order to convert to a 36-1+1 trigger. As well as start to rebuild and forge it. Once I change the trigger I had plans on running the map that you had made for your buddy Kyle. Think it'll work?

^ Thanks, everything was perfect. I was thinking of pulling the engine so that I can wire everything up and it'll make some other things a lot easier.

Coilovers installed...correctly this time. (headbang)

coilovers aren't installed correctly. they need to be turned 90*. currently your adjustments are set for caster.

Yeah, I realized this after initial install. Installed them correctly this morning. I'll snap a pic in a second of the corrected version. I was getting impatient last night with all the rusted bolts and the endlinks being a pain.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been doing a lot of work and spending time with the family. But there is a slight update, I'm continuing the wiring slowly and hopefully I can have that done in the next week. But while I had the intake manifold out I decided I was going to smooth out all the post and ended up punching through a runner. I'll snap a pick in the morning. I had an extra laying around so I just finished repainting it after porting it.

update? pics? anything.. lulz

I haven't had anytime to really work on the P5 unfortunately but I have bought some more things. I received the Jayracing thermal spacers for the IM and TB. I received my CR3 washer kit and they look amazing. But I am more than proud to say I am finally an owner of this hood!!!!
