Happy you're happy! I was sorry to hear that you were parting out the LX but I definitely understand. Hopefully I can make good use of that Trans. Glad you were able to find my build thread so you can see what it's going to and see it come together.

So I was thinking about it and I've been talking to my wife to the point that she wants to kill me so I'm going to ask you guys.
What secondary color should I go with? The car is going to mainly flat black with gloss black portions to accentuate the lines of the body so what do you guys think?
A) Gold
B) Red
C) Dark Blue
D) White
This will also be the colors on the wheels, engine bay, Interior, highlights throughout the body.

I like gold but I feel like I've seen it a lot but main reason is I like these wheels.

And that STI looks good but that EVO looks amazing. But you've confirmed that the flat black is definitely happening.
Alright, so a lot of my plans got put on hold the other day. Wife told me she needs me to get the P5 running because she wants to go back to work. SOOO I put everything back together and wasn't able to accomplish everything on my list for right now.
But here's the IMPORTANT PART! I installed my Haltech Sprint 500 and it wasn't firing so I broke out the manual and found out that the ECU doesn't fire the ignition coils but requires a Ignition amplifier to do so. I know there are others running Haltechs so was wondering what the simplest way to go about getting this done might be. I know that I can get the AEM Twin Fire Ignition but was hoping to not spend another $580 right now. So give me some ideas.....thanks

I PM'd Brian to see if he could help me out. I'm hoping that's the only problem that I'll need to deal with but I won't know until I get it running. I guess since it's stuck in the garage I might as well try and finish that list. Good excuse to tell the wife at least.

GT30 is good for 550+
Anything bigger will never be used and cause the power band to shift even further past useable.

LOL, well I originally was going for a GT28RS for this build but got a great deal on the GT30 so that's what happened. I was just ignoring the other post.
Yeah, I think I'm going to do what Lewis said and do Black, Gold, and White. Figuring out the design now.
