Hey guys, I email jackson racing to see if they are making a super charger for the M3 and heres what they said"Thank you for your interest in Jackson racing...Unfortunately we wont be developing any new lines of product for any new vehicle. Thanks again." I figure they make one since they have one for the miata but i guess not.
:wtf:

It does sound little desparate. Thats to bad if they're in financial trouble.

Just something to think about.
How many Jackson Racing superchargers do you see on cars? For the price of their supercharger you can buy a turbo kit that puts out more power.

They built it for the Mazda 6i. So, a kit is available and with very minor modification, will easily fit in the Mazda3.

Mazda 3, better than a Protege. Yup, to bad so sad Protege community.

Stay on TOPIC...enough of this "m3...it's not a bmw" or "mazda 3 Vs Proteg" BS...it's incredibly OLD!

If you don't have anything worthwhile to post..do us all a favor and DON'T POST.

pwned!

it really sucks that JR won't be developing any new products... they kits are great when you can find them used/cheap. they have VERY good customer service and the techs are badass too!

I think most of the power that comes from the 2.0 motor is from the intake manifold. removing it to add a supercharger may not produce enough gain to make it worthwhile. Kinda like the 99-03 Mustang 3.8L V6 makes 200hp. The 3.8L Supercoupe motor makes 210hp.....but 310lb/ft!! You cant just swap the intake for the blower....have to swap the heads also....at that point it would beeasier to just swap the whole motor.....not worth it for the gains.

I must be really old :( I didn't even know Jackson Racing made products for the Miata. When I was using their products (back in the late 80's and early 90's) they exclusively sold only products for Hondas. Their Header/Cam/Exhaust combo was the best thing out for the EF Civic/CRX Si (88-91 Model Year) If you had this set up at the street races, you could blow away the twin cam Integras. The good old days :(

another turbo kit is in the making by Essential Speed...
