It's Sat. night, Valentines Day...

What? Me? Well, since the wife and I did not want to deal with the crowds at our favorite resturant tonight we went out last night, had a great meal, nice bottle of wine.

So tonight I decided to stay in, she is asleep upstairs, I am watching U571 and surfing a bit.

So, what are your excuses?

Wife worked all day. I worked all night. She's sleeping. I'm on here. Sunday-repeat. Monday, work my p/t gig in am. Off from F/T gig (Presidents Day). She's off. Celebrate Presidents Day by dropping a few of them on dinner.

Saw 50 first dates, then "a streetcar named desire" at a local high school, then to starbucks for coffee.... all in all not a bad valentines day

He bought me 2 dozen red roses... took me out to an expensive resturant ( can never spell that damn word!!) where i had to get dressed up (pissed) . Not bad. Then we went to the hotel room...heheheheh... oh and he named a star after me. I thought that was sweet. I finally found a good one!!!

Hmmm... That's pretty cool. No one's ever given me even a single red rose for Valentine's day... not in my 29.5 years of life. But I have taken myself to a nice restaurant before. AND you got a hotel room? ^_^; It sounds like it was a lovely evening, the stuff movies are made of in my book. Congratulations.

I got a new shiftknob for V'day! Yay! Otherwise all other plans failed but it was still a good weekend. No obligations all weekend = a great time off.
