#1 at idle when i move the steering wheel a little rpms go up then down again

#2 at idle again the dash lights just the gauges get a little dim and the heads lights give it some gas gets brighter Ive had the car for a month its always done that the owner before me said its done that for few months. I had alts go die on me before and the go with in a week or 2 of doing that

1) yes. its power steering, so it works off the engine

2) your alternator is probably bad

It might be an old battery putting more strain on the alternator.

My advise is to charge the battery with a charger that starts with a desulphation phase (puls charging) if you have or can lend one. I use CTEK myself.

both sound normal to me, lots of newer cars have alternators that put out hardly any charge during idleing, which would cause alot of ur stuff to run off the battery at idle. Install a deep cycle battery like a optima red top they do a good job keeping everything goin good.
