iPhone/iPod Touch apps

This does not seem like the correct forum, but no where else seems right.

I searched the forums and was surprised to find no talk of Mazdas official iPhone MyMazda app. Is anyone here using it? How does it compare to something like car minder? What are you using to track your car mileage?

i was waiting for that app to be available, actually. there was a short blub in the last zoom-zoom magazine, but it hasn't been int he app store yet.

hmmm, downloaded... seems very buggy. i had the app crash while i was trying to enter my car information, and now it wont start up.

I've downloaded Mazda Assist
Haven't really needed to use it, but I downloaded it just in case.
Haven't tried MyMazda though

I am definitely talking about the MyMazda app. Since I don't actually have my car yet (soon) I can't enter the VIN so I can't actually try the app.

I picked up my car today, and after a night drive through the mountains with Beethoven blasting… Man did I pick the right car. If this car proves to be as reliable as everyone says, this will be a fantastic relationship.

Right now I am trying both the MyMazda app, and the car minder app. I may add gas cubby just to round things out. If people are interested I will put out a review of each when some more time with them. I have to agree that so far the MyMazda app is very crashy.

I opened up the owners manual and found out that some 3 series track that information right on the car…. cool! Mind you I am always concerned about data that is not getting backed up someplace.
