Introduction

Hey Guys,
I've admired the MS3 for a while now and thanks to a small accident that left my 07 camry kinda totalled, I'll have my chance to pick one up.
I haven't even driven one, but I know based on the specs I've been reading and the enthusiasm that's around here, I'm going to love it.
My preference is to get a previously owned one which leads me to a question I have.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the gauge is that's installed in the driver side vent.
I'm hoping that this isn't a red flag. My thinking is that if the previous owner went through all the hassle of installing that gauge, he's probably tinkered with some other stuff that may compromise the reliability of the engine.
The car is an '07 and has around 31,000 miles on it.

That there would be something installed by the previous owner. Not standard or an option to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah thats an aftermarket boost gauge. Without looking at your car its hard to tell what was done by the previous owner. Unless he abused the engine you should be fine.
