intercooler piping question

Sup all, i just ordered a spearco front mount intercooler and i was wondering if anyone knew of places that sell JUST THE PIPING?
i know of spool turbo and ion, but to they sell the piping only..? if not.. a local shop will custom weld it togather for 500 bucks...is that worth it?

there's not going to be any general one size fits all piping that going to work for your application. depending on the size of the IC and its end tanks(you did order the end tanks as well right?) you can't just bolt up hard pipes from Spool or Ion. if the dimensions of the IC are the exact same as Ion's/Spool's you may be able to get away with ordering the hard pipes and them only. no garauntee though.

your best bet would be to go with the local guys and have them fab something up for you. you may want to look into an aftermarket BOV while you're at it since you'll be changing the piping. you could use the stock one but where's the fun in that?

If it's $500 for aluminum charge pipes, go for it.

That's what i am going to do..Get custom pipes..done..when the spring rolls around! Staying non-intercooled for the winter!

Actoually..i lied..its only gonna cost 400 with the bov flange welded on..and yes i do have an aftermarket bov...(greddy type-s) and yes it came with the end-tanks welded on alredy.... any one from the south florida area..and wanna get this done..go see mario at dynamic turbo on 441 just south of broward blvd...
