Integral cams

Wow that's not that bad for cams though. But I don't think ill need stage 3 when the time comes. But who knows I may lol

Anyone know the specs to the Integral stage 1, 2, and 2.5 cams? Their website no longer works.

dont know stage 1 but heres the rest.

stage 2

seat duration(.014")-268 degrees

seat duration +.003"-261.4 degrees

.050" duration-227.9 degrees

gross cam lift-.375"(9.52mm)
stage 3

seat duration(.014")- 272 degrees

seat duration +.003"- 265.4 degrees

.050" dyration-232.2 degrees

gross cam lift- .385"(9.78mm)

Anyone ever calculate the LSA on the 2.5 N/A cams? the spec sheet doesn't give enough info... at least for my knowledge base

Care to explain what these number mean?

The duration #'s are how long the valve is open in degrees of one crankshaft rotation. for example the (.014") measurement is how many degrees the cam opens the valve measured from the valve already being opened at (.014") to the valve at near closing at (.014") . the Lift is simply how far the valve will open in from the valve seat to its full opening.

I have a set of stage 3 Integral n/a cams going in my turbo FS build, does anyone have the "cam card" specs? I.E. "Intake/Exhaust opens/closes at ?? degrees before/after TDC/BDC to dial these in, (have adj gears) or know what the initial "pin to lobe" offset is?
