They didn't come with directions? Does it look like there's anywhere on the intake where you can attach those. If so, you can probably attach it to the intake and get an idea of where they thought you should connect the other end.

Or just find someone with the same intake and ask them :p

hmmm.... the only place it looks like i could attach them to is the side of the MAF...

Cheese talk to KYREDP5. I'm pretty sure he has one. i know a few guys were complaining about those brackets so you may want to stay clear till you learn more...

just a guess:D
if your relacing the stock intake box then i guess thats as close to a good guess icould come up with to keep the thing in place.
i dont know i didnt install that type of intake sorry

i will take some pictures tonight of the possible places i think i could put them....

p.s. the intake is in right now, but it is hanging there not really mounted to anything...

I got the same intake recently from Sabre Motorsports, going to finish a write up on it this weekend for installing.

Those brackets are braces for the intake so it wont torque around too much when you step on the gas.. Bend one 90 degrees in the middle, and run it from the MAF sensor to a spot on the engine, like this:

just kiddin'... it looks(thumb)

Is the first one bolted down? If not, that battery tray looks ripe for the pickin"

i have the Ractive Short Ram Intake which is roughly the same thing as the Bomz (just more expensive).... but to answer your question...

I have not noticed any HP gain and my gas mileage has actually gone down (which is bad)... however the sound is quite nice...

i feel that had i gone with the Bomz, or something cheaper, than it would have been worth it; since i would have gotten the same effect from a cheaper product... its a toss up whether or not i feel that the Ractive is worth it, but if you want a nice deep sound, then i feel that the Bomz is definitely worth it.

I hope that helps...
