Also alittle update. Check engine light is now off, Fixed that wednesday morning. Idle is now normal. Performance is quite noticable, however had unexpected complications.....
Since the thing felt so strong on the street I decided the first couple of runs at street psi (8psi. spike 9). Results were damn impressive (13.65, 13.60 both at 103mph.) I then decided to bump it to the normal spot on the boost controller (usually around 13psi, spike 15), however that only netted 10psi spike 11...results 13.44 @ 104.8. It then rained, cooled off, they dried the track, it rained again, they dried it again.....(read: no traction compound applied). I was afraid to turn the boost controller up more because I thought something was wrong or hooked up wrong so I left it there. Next two runs were 2.45, then 2.55 60's. It then pulled to a 13.56 and a 13.61....all with 10psi.
I realized this morning a likely reason for the loss of boost was due to the loss of restriction in the intake manifold. If I simply cranked the boost controller somemore it would have run it's best run no doubt. But alas I'm not running the MSP anymore this year.....oh well.
