Install Roof Rack and not Remove

Currently I do not have a rack on my P5, just the caps that go over the holes. I am about to do a trade for a rack and cannot seem to find a How-To on the installation of one. Most of the info I have found are from those looking to remove the rack and place filler stips in. Can somebody point me in the right direction, comment on or provide a how-to on removing caps and installing factory rack.

Rack removal/installation is also in the Mazda workshop manual. Instructions are on pages 09-16-4 to 09-16-7. Link for the shop manual.
