Infiniti G35

I got smoked by an infiniti G35 on my way home from work. I gave up after 2nd gear and I wasn't even pushing that hard because the speed limit was 25. Later I looked it up and saw it has 280hp. HAHA, not bad for a middle-aged crisis car.

Befor my motor blew......LOL I beat my mom on an on-ramp. she has an '03 G35 coupe auto. I wish she would've gotten the 6 speed but oh well. I have also beat a friend of mine's as well. Their not that fast, well i bet the 6spd is but still.

drove my friend's 6speed g35 a few days ago. it had intake, exhaust, and some nice 18s on them =). looks sexy but wasn't impressed by its 270hp. i mean, it pulls real nice and all but it just doesnt feel fast. the damn weight of the car jus slows it down by so much. basically, it feels like all that 1/2 of the power is jus dragging that fat ass around. still a pimp car though. would rather get an evo for that price...now that pulls.

That's because the car is SO HEAVY (3435lbs) Strip about 500 lbs of overweight and then WOUHOU! (some guys from SportCompactCar did that with the 350z (3300lbs ->2700lbs) they say it makes hell of a difference!

My friend has a G35, and as soon as he found out that I had a MSP he wanted to race. I did not think it was worth the effort, but he kept messing with me. So one day he was following me home and we raced from an on ramp on to the open freeway. I did not think that I could keep up but I was ahead by a nose up to 80mp then he started to pull ahead and I let off. This was off a rolling start. I would not have a chance from a stop.
