Ok, so it's been about one year since I've had the Protege5. I had the day off from work today, and I thought that I should treat my leather seats and clean the engine bay. But I had to run some un-expected errands cause my wife is 4 months pregnant. I was like damn there goes my time to clean and what not, so I decided to let a hand car wash do the work. Theyre pretty good. I tell the guy that I just want my leather seats condition and cleaned. He says ok, so he leaves and one his worker starts with the engine bay which came out ok (not what I expected). Then next guy starts to do the interior, and I noticed that his wiping the dash and I told him that I didnt want the dash to be touched. He was like it doesnt harm anything. But my question to you car detailers can the conditioner cause damage to the dash area? They used Turtle Wax Leather Treatment.
