I'm looking to find the cheapest (but good quality) set of ignition coils and spark plug wires. I found these 4 coils (wait for the page to load): http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1387447&parttype=7060

And these 7 wires: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1387447&parttype=7228
And also these wires: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1387447&parttype=7224

If the best bang for buck coils/wires are there, which ones exactly should I get? And if they aren't in there, can someone link me to something better? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not going to do anything crazy to the car, I just want it to run right and I don't want the replacement parts to fail.

Check out Napa, Car Quest, Orilieys, Autozone, and Advanced Auto.

Most places have some type of warranty on the part.

I got mine from Advanced Auto. I don't know if they were the cheapest but my car works fine :)

So I picked up a set of NGK v-power spark plugs for $10 from O'reilly's today. I also got a quote of $151.43 for a wire set, insulators, and a pair of coil packs. Here are the parts:

Spark Plug Wire Set (1): https://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/OMS0/9686.oap
Coil-on-Plug Insulator (2): https://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/OMS0/CP022.oap
Coil/Module (2): https://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/...ear=2003&make=Mazda&model=Protege5&vi=1416833

Do you think this is a decent deal? I'm fine with waiting for shipping if I can find a better deal for decent quality coils/insulators/wires...

I would check autozone and advanced auto, the reason i say that is because they offer a lot of discounts for different types of jobs, Military, EMT, Firefighter, Police etc. Google it and see if you can save a few bucks!
