Vac will change with atmospheric changes. Thus the 20-22 range being 100% normal for a healthy MSP. Anything less than you have a leak somewhere or a guage in need of calibration. Fixing a dipping idle/falling rpm is not rocket science. Start by changing your year old plugs and go from there.
