is there a way to adjust the idle cause its idling wayyyyy low on my mp3 and any sudden drop of high rpm's it stalls.

there's a screw on the back-side of the throttle body...it's a standard (flat head) that sits in a hole...if you look on the firewall side, you should see it.

make sure you know its the idle. thats probably the last thing you wanna do. check for a vacuum leak first and make sure the car is getting the right amount of fuel too.

the idle screw doesnt change, i dont see why your idle would be affected by that. did you put a part in and that started to happen?

might want to check out the egr valve first also...theres a how to on the forums...search for it

Check his other thread in the MP3 section just below this one:

o i already posted in that thread, i didnt realize it is the same person. its his ecu thats the problem.

That's the purge valve adjustment that bleeds air around the throttle plate.

The idle adjustment screw is facing the firewall on the back of the throttle body and has a allen bolt with a locknut. If you adjust it the ECU will relearn and reset it back to where it was.

There have been many EGR valves replaced under warranty and it could definately be the cause of your problems.
