I prefer the ghetto ass taco trucks.
taco trucks =the s**** big time

Oh, and nice avatar and name, I love that movie, its such a good movie. Too bad there weren't people like that.

i used to like those taco trucks until i got food poisoning one time, uuuuughhh. although for some reason i'm really into taco bell, might seem cheesy (lol) but their foods good and cheap. i also like this taqueria chain out here called el taco nazo, their burritos are killer.

Man, you really have no idea what you're talking about, lol.:) That red chili is so fuggin good. It has a nice sweet start and then gets medium hot. Maybe it doesn't look good to you since there is triple chili or something, but I just don't really see what isn't to like...

Meat, good...
Beans, good...
Cheese, good...
Tortilla, good...
Salad, good...
Tons of Chili, DAMN good.

:)

No, that was Ortegas in Albuquerque. Chili Works is up north of where we were about 110 miles.

LOL, that reminds me of that one scene on "Friends" when Joey eats the Shepherd's Pie/Raspberry Tort. He's like "Jam.... good. Peas.... good. Custard... good. Meat.... GOOOOOOOD."

But yeah, all the "mexican" restaurants around here suck. But they are cheap, and hence very popular.

I emjoy making my own mexican food...specially cause sometimes I want stuff REALL REALLY HOT..served with a good beer(what other than Corona, mexican beer, mexican food), and sometimes I like it only mild, still served with a cold Corona...I love Mexican food...the best part is, it comes out looking the same as going in..just a little less appetizing..moslty cause you know it just fell out of your sphincter, where as when it's fresh, atleast you can wonder if maybe it didn't come out of someones ass...lol. Oh, on your quesidia, try Beans, Beef & Chicken(yes both) some tomatoe, a little spice, lotsa cheese, some o that rice, and top with a nice spicey Salsa. It's all about experimenting man, even if it sucks, just make a new one.

i think if there wasnt so much chili it wuldnt look like something from silent hill but id probably eat it, i love chili.

that quesadilla sounds good, mazdaspeedpower. so what type of salsa do you usually use on your mex food. i love to use Tapatio, but man that stuff sure tears my stomach up.

That is awesome that someone mentioned that... for some reason that came to mind when I was typing that out. LOL!!! That episode is awesome... I laughed my ass when he scarfs it down so Rachel can't try it, and he says, "nope, I ate yours... got that one... Oh, I finished those ones too." Hahahaha.

yuck! thats terrible! i have never seen mexican food prepared that bad here in LA. i would have had a fit, given it back and demanded a refund. what are we animals. the picture irritates me just thinking about it and i'm not even hungry.

Lol, calm down bud, no need to get agro. (hippy)

Sadies is the only salsa to use.

Yeah, this is true. I'm just huge on presentation and if I'm paying for something expecting it to look a certain way, it better. I dunno i'm a really relaxed person but when it comes down to food I'm ultra picky.

Well, also take into consideration that the plate in the pic costs 5 bucks and the place that made it doesn't even have anywhere for you to sit and eat inside.:) I don't think they are trying at all to make their food "pretty", like one of the restaurants in the Santa Fe plaza would.;)

What's sadies? Never heard of it...its pretty good

Sadies is a big restaurant here in Albuquerque, and they have their own store bought salsa. I have seen it in arizona but I'm not sure if you can get it out in Cali. It is in every grocery store out here, and blows away every other brand I have ever tried. Comes in 2 flavors... hot, and extra hot.:)

oh okay, that makes a ton of sense now.

i wonder if they have that kind of salsa out here, i'll have to check the markets. thanks for the info. (cool)
