ok, this was about a week ago when i was cruisin around in the
MSP with my girlfriend.....
i made a right off the highway and passed a local 7-11 and i saw a
99+ Honda Prelude pull out behind me and i jus kinda glanced at him.
i get to the stop sign and he's right behind me and then i jus stomp on
it to show him what he's up against cuz u kno u gotta represent the MSP
a lil bit right? so yea he follows me to the next stop sign. i stop, chirp out,
and he's still right behind me. so eventually i turn so i could lose him but
he is still behind me and i knew he wanted to race but my girl wanted to
get laid so i was like ehhh ill race the dude later......so we get to a red light
i turn left and he burns out behind me and almost hits me in the ass and im
jus laughin at him cuz u kno VTEC is the s*** and u can't mess with that
and yea i bitched out so i could get laid haha (headbang)

You made the right decision and here is why.

The prelude is a mean car from honda and may have beat you.If this happens then not only did you lose the race but your girl would laugh at you and you wouldnt get laid.
That would have been a lose lose situation.

btw, im saying you'd lose stock vs stock. im sure if you upped your boost you'd beat someone with a 97+ prelude.

They're still about 200lbs heavier with no low end torque. The SH with ATTS handles VERY well , but that feature adds a few more pounds. I was looking into those as an alternative to the MSP and I wasn't that impressed. Don't get wrong, they are sweet cars, but I was expecting some more than high 15's, low 16's from them.

the newer style preludes also trap around 94-95 in the 1/4 while the msp does what? 89mph? thats a big difference...
