Andrew... I'll take pictures for sure. I kept picking it up and looking at things at my desk at work today. I was like a kid with a brand new toy. They are already balanced and everything. Now I am working on hunting down all the other hardware I need to install them (gaskets, head studs, rod bearings, etc....)

Chuey... I have MOCC stickers that I picked up at Protegefest, my lazy ass just hasn't gotten around to putting them on the ride yet, and I too have a protegefest t-shirt and a Blue MOCC shirt, both super nice!

John... Werd, thanks for the words dude.

I have spent some time at MOCC but I only have so much time to cruise forums and this one pretty much takes up all my time, maybe that will change. But part of what drives me crazy is the forum software for MOCC, the way you keep email subscriptions to threads active is a pain in the ass.

But to be honest I too kind of get the feeling that MOCC is a mostly so-cal thing since the only folks on there from Nor-Cal would pretty much be us and Charles part time. I'll try and become more of an active member.

The airshow is at moffett field this weekend, so the jets and what not have been doing touch-and-gos all day screaming around the old complex here at work. It's loud.

2/3 of the stuff I need for build is ordered, got one more shop to call to get bearings, seals, and main studs and I am done, ready to go.

List of stuff on order:
DAD Black Suede Racing Seats
Seat Brackets
Head Gasket
ARP Head Studs/Nuts/Washers
Unberbody Braces (We'll try them, if they don't fit I have been told I can return them or maybe a certain silver protege owner might want to buy them from me)

Stuff to Order:
Gasket Kit/Bearings
ARP Main Studs
Engine Management and all associated things and likely Disco Potato!

Stuff sitting at home un-installed:
Brake Lines
Clutch Line
Pistons/Rods

A flamewar.
I love the fact that everyone gets along so well over there. That after-party for P-Fest was pretty cool...all good vibes.
All we need to do is represent, and there will be an MOCC NorCal chapter. It's up to us. (yes)

There are no flamewars since people live not that far away from each other. One can drive for a few hours and beat the s*** out of the flamer if he has too

t3ease is one of the moderators for the Mazdaspeed section of the board. I think one of the boards best mods and someone who seems to be an all around good guy.

He suddenly dissapeared from the boards and nobody knew where he was, turns out while riding with his girlfriend they were hit by someone else and he was knocked out and is now in the hospital.

I feel like a dick for my little comment the other day.(hand) People had every reason to be worried. I hope he gets well soon, because I agree 100% with Jared. t3ase is definately one of the most cool people around here.
Unflappable and unflame-able, and that's what a moderator on the intrAweb should be, IMO.
