Has anyone been on Morgan Teratory? I know i spelled it wrong. I think.......but anyways i went through Marsh creek and took a turn into MT, damn that road is pretty twisty, plus some of it is bumpy. it eventually becomes a one lane road, and there are chances a car might come right at u. I almost hit like 2 cars. It was really fun. Only wish i had a video camera, to show u guys......

Umm.....morgan teratory leeds u all the way out to dublin, then u get on the freeway
the way me and my friend went was through clayton....His car was lowered, and his front got scraped a bit, he said it was a bumpy ride, i had hella fun, I was turn crazy on those turns. Just don't fall of the edge....

Well Dyno tuning is done...

A little dissapointing, although the intake air was REALLY hot today, we are going to try a couple of things when we put the new manifold on later this summer and the numbers should improve.

But here they are:

Before: 168hp 173tq
After: 203hp 238tq (that was after an hour and a half of dyno tuning, and 11 hard pulls) The intake air temp was really high and we think that was a major limiting factor as it built nice smooth power up to 4000rpm then stopped climbing rapidly and only made about 20-22hp from 4000rpm and above.

The dyno was reading a little low, as the hiboost p5 only made 220something at 15psi as well.

So bottom line is power was bumped up nicely from the before dyno, but the numbers weren't as high as we would like and the car is running much better. Some more improvements with the new manifold will be made and we should be able to get the air temps down.

Jared. Looks decent. You should get some lower temps when you get that new cf evo hood on there. Another thing I've seen done is to wrap the intake with a heat shield. I've seen it done ghetto style with the reflective sunshade material. I think there is real heat reflective wrap out there but don't know the name offhand. It does take a little away from the looks of the engine bay but can cool down the intake temps a few degrees.
