$155 for used for brand new? Eibach Pro-kit runs around $200. However, I say talk to Rishie about things you wanna do with your car see if he can give you a deal including installation.

Can the stock exhaust on the MSP fit on the MP5 ??

It will not fit. The tip will stick out about 2" too far. YOu can take it to a muffler shop and they can remove some material. THis will make it fit. We've done this before and it works great.

Buy my Mazdaspeed Stock Exhaust after I get it off the car to put in my Turbo Back.

Rishie can hook you up with an exhaust shop that will cut the tip and weld it back together and do the full install for a good price. He hooked me up with my racing beat back when I had my protege5 and that's what we did with mine, it's still in use today on Mr. Foggy's car.
