How to take out seats

How difficult is it to remove the seats out of the 3. I want to give it a good cleaning.

any tips would be helpful as well thanks

Assume you mean the front seats. Slide both forward, unbolt from the rear of the rails. Slide both back, unbolt from the front of the rails. Remove seats. Voila.

EDIT: to be safe, you may want to disconnect the neg terminal on the battery before you unhook the side airbag harness from underneath the seats.

The hardest part is removing the snap-in plastic covers over all four mounting points.
