How to remove upper and lower grill on '01 ES

Title says it all. I want to put inserts where grill is. I heard that I may have to remove entire bumper to get to bottom grills. Any one know or have pics of how to remove? I fiddled with it this morning and saw where the horn is attached, but didn't want to force it out (the top one) without checking on this site an protegeclub's site. Thanks!

Top one is easy to do, just take out two screws and the rest pry out. I had to start and couldn't wait. Unfortunately these inserts are a b**** to make. I gave up and re-attached the upper grill. The biggest thing is how to attach the s*** to the grill and the fact that you have the emblem built in the middle, so you have to cut it just right. Maybe there will be a how to some day on this.

yeah i think you have to remove the bumper to get to the lower grille.
