Thanks. Read the whole damn thread to find that and must have been asleep at the wheel. Anyway, what is the "cover" for. It's $1, and I'm wondering if it's necessary. Is it the part that covers the nut?

That's what I believe the $1 is for. Not sure it's needed, but to complete the aesthetics I'd not skip on it - it's a buck.

i'm considering this mod, but 1 question: from which m6 model is the wiper arm taken? there are 3 different ones here, sedan,fastback and wagon, from the eur o epc i'd say it's the wagon..?

yes,sorry,read the description again, wagon...mhm dealership wants to have 57 euros here (~74us$) and onlinemazdaparts.com wants 20$ shipping charges (headshake i guess this mod will have to wait a little then

maybe check a junkyard over there for a wrecked mazda6 wagon...that would be the cheapest if you can find one

Use a butter-knife...seriously. It helped pry that assembly off.

How big is the Mazda6 Wagon wiper? I order a wiper arm and went to Advance to buy a wiper for it, but their books all said 20". Seems pretty huge for a rear windshield wiper .. anyone know?

Woot...just installed mine. I used a file also (took a little longer) and butter knife FTW!

Looks so much better and WOW my rear window is clean now.

KrayzieFox - The blade on mine is 12"...seems like you got front wiper info.
