It's possible to see a see slight boost numbers if you have a very effective ram air intake setup. I have heard of it happening with some aero testing and a custom intake ducted to a high pressure area on the front of the car.
quick question probly should know this answer already but will the gauge ever reach boost numbers if i dont have a turbo? All i get now is a gauge that goes to zero and flutters. Just wondering if its an install mistake or something?

If the gauge is accurate, it should only read boost with positive manifold preassure....Turbos and superchargers are two methods of forced induction that create positive manifold pressure a.k.a. boost.
