If you want an exhaust that runs from the factory s-pipe back, you should check out the one form Vibrant Performance. It has about 7-8" of 2.5" pipe so that it can attach to the s-pipe and the rest is 3". It also includes a 3" highflow cat. It is available through ETD Racing ( etdracing.com ) or any of Vibrant's Retailers. For more info check out this monster thread -

Otherwise, corksport's exhaust is almost from the s-pipe, it just does not have the j-bend portion or a cat. But it is alot more affordable for most people and you could always add a cat.
Intercooler is also a good choice. SMIC will be fine for stock boost, a little cheaper and an easier install. But, not as many cool points, lol. Definitely decide if you want SMIC or FMIC before you start buying hardpipes and a blow off valve.
