How To: Ebay FMIC

does anyone want to buy the kit and ship it to me? It would be cheaper for it that way than for them to ship it to me...... =) pu pu pu please?

plenty of piping, you may need another few couplers though.

yeah i know its a couple couples short.

also so the only 2 ideas i saw was to either go thru the washer bottle or go thru the splash guard on the hot side. I think i read somewhere about going by the power steering pipes by the radiator but wouldnt the AC line be in the way?

ya, my brother has that route on his car, with smaller piping, I think it's 1.75" or something like that.. but either way, it's not good, but you can make it through the side without really cutting much if any of the splash guards.. just do it like the CS fmic is installed, I took my windshield wiper fluid out just because I couldn't use it with the cf hood anyways, but I could have left it in there and it would have fit.. the 90* and 45*couplers is what saves you... just look at the route I took a few pages back.. I'll take some better pics when I take my bumper off when I replace my HID ballast

yeah i read your guide a few pages back. the problem is i dont want to get rid of my washer bottle. but anyway i just found a complete installation guide from corksport and they go right by the washer tank without getting rid of it so it works out beautifully.
here is the link:

^^ ya that is the one I was talking about.. and the one that I went by as far as for the cold pipe side.. and I guess the hot side too actually, since I went low enough to keep the washer fluid, just happened to take it out anyways

the place I dropped the hot pipe down is between places where the bumper is molded, no cutting required, just the hole in the splash shield.

i acctually just ran outside and looked under my bumper, your right haha..im probly gona try that soon. my only concern is finding the right kit and sumhow using a bpv so i dont have any stalling issues..thanks man

ehh...possibly...last thing..what size was the intercooler that came with your kit? and could i still use my fog lights with that same setup? it seems like the driver's side fog might have to go. :/ hahah

I got the core separately, its about 24 by 6 by 3.

that just depends on your creativity. I did no trimming of the lip or bumper, so I think you should be able to route it under the fog.

well its 27" overall size which is the same as the ones previously described so it should fit. just look at how they fit on the pics on the first page
