On earlier builds, an over-tightened airbag sensor may crack, which may let dirt in and subsequently fail. If airbag sensor has failed, the airbag light on the driver instrument panel will be on all the time (note: the driver instrument panel airbag light is different than the passenger airbag off light that is beside the lighter). So as long as the light is not on, you don't have a problem (though Mazda will still inspeact it if within the VIN range).ZoomVT said:this is probably off topic, but i see some of you mention an "air bag sensor" recall.
