How many keys was I supposed to get with smartkey?

I have the keyless start, the credit card looking keys. They gave me two of the cards, and they both have a pull out metal key in it. Was I supposed to get a seperate valet key? What do you give to the valet?

When we were shopping for our new car, we went to Acura (MDX), Jeep (Grand Cher), Mazda. All sales reps said they were 'new'. Went to our 2nd Mazda dealership and got this old 'lifer' rep. He was great, gave me alot of insight as to how to negioate with them...Told me about their stack sales, acutally told me that the 2009's come out in Aug/Sept, and might be as cheap as an '08..etc...

Anyway, he also said that it is a common 'ploy' for the reps to say they are new. He said if they have business cards they are not new. B/c it can take 2-3 weeks for those to come in.

I'm not really sure how saying 'new' helps them, it only frustrated me

PS. Lifer hated Mazda...lol was hilarious...bought from the factory store in NYC instead

They just opened up one of these new mazda stores here so everybody was pretty new. It's got that urban loft motif. I could tell the guy was new. He couldn't find anything.

The 2 credit card looking keys for the 2009 model will miss the "!" button(very use full when u are in a large underground parking)
Don`t know why? I have seen them at my dealer.
