How Is Your Mazdaspeed Titled?

I just received the title for my silver Mazdaspeed. In spite of what at least one dealer told me, it is titled as a 2003 model.

How is yours titled? Please respond by giving color and year (whether 2003 or 2003.5) I am trying to find out if any have actually been titled as a "2003.5."

Yeah, they title it a 2003. Mazda does the .5/.7 thing just for themselves. Anything you order for your car (mechanically) will only give you the 2003 option. No big deal.

As far as the DMV is concerned (and your insurance co), there's no such thing as an '03.5. They're all '03's.

Thanks for the replies. I was just somewhat surprised since a Mazda dealer (though not the selling dealer) said it would have a 2003.5 title designation and Mazda's own sales literature refers to the vehicle as a "2003.5."

However, it is true that the window sticker identified it as a "2003."
