How hard is it to find a 2003 MSP?

I was wanting to take a look at one but the only one I have been able to find local was a 2003.5 which was at the local exotic car dealership. I am looking to buy a couple months from now but I am not sure if I will even be able to find one, I may just get a PZEV Focus.

I did, closest one is almost 100miles, there are not many Mazda dealerships close to me so that doesn't say much.


mspracer21, what kind of problems did you have with the Focus?, I hear the new engines are supposed to be rather peppy.

If you're looking to sell DON'T MOD THE CAR!

a couple showroom stock guys at the last local SCCA national club race offered me 'whatever I paid for the car'. there is a very active market for these cars.

One of these fellows, a two time SCCA national champion, offered to get the cash that day.

All that said, I've got a cone filter and kept the original airbox.

Dont get me wrong...the car is awsome.

Only problem is that Im getting married in 2 weeks, so we will have all those other "fun" payments to make. Like house, utilities, etc.

That is the only reason we are trying to sell it.

down here in louisville, theres at least 2 2003's left. A black one, and an orange one. I wouldnt buy the black one though.. 800+ miles now probably, been auto crossed by the dealership, and not even close to a proper break in.... And theyre not willing to negotiate much at all...
