Open the glovebox
Pry your fingers under the center of the strip. Just pull out until the first clip is loose - don't try to pull it all the way out now.
Pry your way towards the drivers side doing the same thing. Be careful near the LCD cutout as the plastic there is not so thick.
Then, work your way from the middle towards the passenger side, but don't pry out the very end (on passenger side).
Once all the clips are loose, slide the whole panel towards the driver side and it should come out.
